Refund policy

30 DAYS MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

You can try Terah Sunshot risk-free. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at terahwellnessph@gmail.com. We are happy to issue a refund within 30 days of receiving your first order of Terah Sunshot.

We strongly recommend you contact us before initiating any return, to ensure proper processing of your refund. If you return items without contacting us beforehand, it may be difficult for us to identify your order, which can result in delays or rejection of your refund. If items are shipped to an incorrect address without contacting us, we are not responsible for refunding or reshipping those items.

To qualify for the money-back guarantee:

  • This applies to first-time orders only
  • Only one (1) opened pouch per order is eligible for refund
  • All remaining items must be returned in their original packaging, including the glass bottle and scooper

👉 Example:
 If you purchased a 2-pack or 3-pack bundle, only one opened pouch is eligible for refund. The rest must remain unused.

You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the product is verified as defective. You must provide tracking information for any return shipment. If no tracking is provided and the package does not arrive at our warehouse, we cannot issue a refund.

We will not provide refunds for:

  • Requests made beyond 30 days
  • More than one opened pouch per order
  •  More than 50% consumed products

Please note: Natural characteristics such as clumping or caking may occur due to the product being all-natural and free from additives. This does not affect product quality and is not considered a valid reason for refund.

 

RETURNS OF UNOPENED ITEMS

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. You must send us the tracking details. If the returned package does not arrive, we cannot issue a refund.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping fees).

 

UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER

If a product is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

We are not responsible for reshipping the product.

You may choose:

  • Reshipment (additional shipping fee required), or

  • Refund minus shipping and handling costs

If a shipment is confirmed as undelivered, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


This policy does not apply to Refused Packages.

We will not accept refund or replacement requests beyond 30 days from delivery.

 

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at terahwellnessph@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photo or video proof so we can evaluate the issue. Once verified, we will arrange:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

No replacements or refunds will be issued without proof of damage.

We will not accept claims beyond 30 days from delivery.

 

REFUSED PACKAGES

If you refuse a package, please note that:

  • Return shipping fees will be charged and deducted from your refund
  • We are not responsible for packages lost during the return process

If a refused package does not return to our warehouse, we cannot issue a refund.

For this reason, we strongly recommend accepting the package and contacting us to properly process a return.

MODIFYING ORDERS

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please email us immediately at terahwellnessph@gmail.com.

  • If the order has not been processed, we may still modify or cancel it
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes

 

DUPLICATE ORDERS

Terah Wellness is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by customers.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review their order before completing the purchase. If a duplicate order is placed, all return conditions under this policy will apply.
